It's the season where ur wallet starts to get thinner...the crowd in orchard is horrible. Met up with my uni fren n we were supposed to go for facial n ear candling. Haha bt we end up shopping instead...couldnt resist the temptation. We chanced upon this jap eatery at far east plaza...it's on the 5th lvl at some obscure area. It has this traditional jap eatery feeling cos the place is very small n its the "counter" seating concept. Gals we shld go try it someday.
Dinner was at Pepper Lunch. The curry beef pepper rice is quite gd bt the guy who served me the food was hilarious.
waiter: "Do u noe how to cook?"
me:" No."
[expects waiter to teach me some special way to go abt cooking it]
waiter replys: " Juz mix the rice n the beef."
me --> STUNNED for a moment den started laughing
I mean it's nice of him to ask bt giving such a duh ans?? Really cant understand.
