0745 - Fall in for 1st lesson

then it will be lessons all the way till dinner time.

2030 - Water Parade followed by RO(briefing for the nxt day's schedule)
2230 - Lights Out

The first wk was really quite torturous, having to adapt to the regimental life, physical training and the muscle aches. Though I'm more or less accustomed to the regimental life but the physical aspect is still something that needs huge improvement in.

There were many firsts. First time holding a real rifle, first time running in boots (man they weigh a ton) & doing SOC, first time having a road march, first time put cameo on face, first time do night walk in jungle, first time do leopard crawl (the ground was freaking muddy and though it looks easy it's definitely NOT. I suffered bruises on my knee cos I din do it the correct way and little cuts on my hand).

There are many lingo and commands that we need to be familiarized and thousand n one things to standardize. There are a lot of things to be done bt often very little time to do them so I always end up waking up earlier than the stipulated time. Though we are supposed to have at least 7 hrs of slp per day bt for the 1st 2 wks I'm sur nobody did.

To attained to the level of MIND OVER BODY is really not easy, I'm still trying hard.

Few more hrs n I'll be back to the western end of S'pore.
